Nicholas Poulos

Nicholas is a seasoned construction professional with over 20 years of experience in the property and construction industry. A fully qualified builder across multiple Australian states, he is the founder of Viacon heading up our the ARA fitout team, where he applies his deep industry knowledge to deliver cost-effective, high-quality project outcomes.

Nicholas has a diverse skill set, with particular expertise in both construction and fitout projects. His strengths lie in managing complex projects, finding creative solutions to challenges, and leading teams with exceptional people management skills. This combination of experience and skills allows him to consistently drive successful results across a wide range of construction and fitout initiatives.
