Established in 2004, Australia’s Insurance Builders (AIB) delivers reliable and high‑quality building solutions for the insurance, education and facilities management sectors. From make‑safe works to full rebuilds, we restore residential, commercial, heritage and industrial properties with precision. In early 2024 ARA acquired AIB and operate under the Building Services division. This has enabled expansion of the reputable AIB service across the entire NSW coast, whilst allowing AIB to maintain its own identity and to operate independently.
With more than 70 employees, AIB service the East Coast of NSW – from the NSW South Coast to the Queensland border, with offices in Sydney and Coffs Harbour.
Our trade‑qualified Assessors and Supervisors work closely with a dedicated Claims Administration team who manage all aspects of each claim with care and professionalism. This includes specialised support for high‑risk, vulnerable, and media‑sensitive customers, ensuring every client receives the level of attention and protection their situation requires.
