ARA Building Services specialises in carrying out inspections for external façade fire safety on high rise buildings and making any updates to comply with the current code.

With qualified fire safety engineers, ARA Building Services specialises in:

Ensuring compliance with the relevant Australian standards and National Construction Code
Conducting fire performance assessments of two common cases – External wall vs. External Wall Cladding / Attachment
Checking external walls including testing of Fire Resistance Level (FRL), assessing non-combustibility and assessing material Fire hazard properties
Checking external wall cladding and attachment including assessing material fire hazard properties, ensuring compliance with proximity to required fire exits, assessing for risk of fire spread and impairment of fire resistance level
Assessing for CodeMark Certificates of Conformity – Materials & Method of Design
Conducting an other assessments specific to a site and assessing approved conditions and limitations.
